Upright Meaning
The Thaw releases — deliverance, easing, and the ice breaking into movement. What was frozen is flowing again: a stuck situation releasing, a hardened heart softening, a path that was sealed now opening. This card blesses the release — move while the water is moving, and do not rebuild the dam.
Reversed Meaning
Reversed, the thaw has turned to mud — release that came too fast, or freedom without structure dissolving into confusion. The ice is gone; now you must choose the channel. Freedom needs form — give the new flow a direction before it floods.
