1. The Service

Arcana Flux is an online oracle-card reading service. You ask a question, draw a spread of six cards, and receive a written reading.

All readings are generated by an artificial intelligence system. They are symbolic, literary texts produced by a machine — not statements of fact, not supernatural knowledge, and not the words of a human advisor. No human reviews your question or your reading before it is shown to you.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only — No Professional Advice

This service is offered for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Readings are not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or safety advice.

Do not make significant life decisions — about health, relationships, money, career, safety, or anything else — based on a reading. If you are facing a serious or urgent situation, consult a qualified professional or contact the appropriate local services.

3. No Guarantees — Limitation of Liability

We make no warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or applicability of any reading. Readings are generated automatically and may be generic, ambiguous, inapplicable, or simply wrong.

You are solely responsible for any interpretation you place on a reading and for any action you take or refrain from taking after receiving one. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arcana Flux and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including physical, emotional, or financial harm — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this service or any reading it produces.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Acceptable Use — Our Right to Decline

You agree not to submit questions that:

• seek to harm, defraud, stalk, coerce, or wrong any person
• request instructions for crimes, violence, weapons, drugs, or exploitation
• involve sexual violence or abuse of any kind
• are not genuine questions — gibberish, random characters, jokes, tests, or provocations

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and by automated means, to decline any question without explanation. Declined questions do not consume free readings. Repeated abuse may result in denial of access to the service.

5. Free Readings, Donations & Bonus Readings

Each visitor receives a limited number of free readings. The counter is stored in your own browser and does not reset; it is provided as a courtesy and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

You may choose to support Arcana Flux with a voluntary donation through Ko-fi. Donations support the operation of the site. As a thank-you, supporters may receive bonus readings.

• Donations are voluntary gifts of support — they do not constitute the purchase of advice, predictions, or any professional service
• Bonus readings are a gesture of thanks, not a sold product; no specific outcome, quality, or content is owed or promised
• All donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law

6. Intellectual Property

The Arcana Flux name, the deck's card names and artwork, the site's visual design, and its original written content are the property of the site operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may share your personal share card and copy your own reading for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell the deck's artwork, card system, or site content, in whole or in part, without written permission.

7. Age Requirement

This service is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide the service to minors.

8. Privacy

Your question is used only to generate the reading you request and is processed by our AI provider solely for that purpose; it is not used to train models. Your free-reading count is stored only in your own browser. We do not require an account, build profiles, or sell data. See our About page for details.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page, identified by its effective date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
